Yisroel Kaufman serves as Executive Director of New Horizons Recovery Centers, where he oversees both the operational and clinical aspects of the organization, providing mental health, addiction treatment, and dual-diagnosis services with a focus on compassion, growth, and community impact. He brings extensive experience from leadership roles across healthcare and nonprofit organizations. Yisroel served on a local esteemed Hospital leadership council dedicated to strengthening organizational culture and expanding access to high-quality, patient-centered care, as well as on a leadership planning team focused on advancing trauma-informed care practices at a local medical center. Holding an MSW, Licensed Social Worker credential, and certifications in multiple evidence-based therapies, Yisroel is dedicated to guiding individuals, families, and communities toward healing and long-term recovery.
