Jen

Jen is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Clinical Supervisor who has been part of the New Horizons Recovery Centers team for three years and brings more than a decade of experience in the substance use and mental health fields. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Master of Science in Pastoral Mental Health Clinical Counseling from Neumann University. Her clinical background spans case management, substance use treatment, mental health counseling, adolescent and geriatric populations, and problem gambling services.

Jen leads with compassion and a person-centered philosophy, meeting each client where they are and guiding them toward meaningful, lasting change through evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs. She is equally passionate about mentoring new clinical staff and interns, helping to cultivate the next generation of confident, caring professionals in behavioral health. Jen values collaboration, continuous learning, and building environments where both clients and colleagues feel genuinely supported.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Lilly and Benny.
